1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ntwrkblack.com or any NTWRK Black services (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

NTWRK Black reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility and Membership

4. Membership Fees and Payments

  • In order to maintain membership - members must fulfill their subscription payment. Pricing is posted on http://www.ntwrkblack.com/membership 

  • Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are disclosed during checkout.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • We use third-party payment processors and do not store full payment card data.

  • We may change pricing with prior notice; continued membership constitutes acceptance.

5. Member Conduct and Community Standards

By joining NTWRK Black, you agree to uphold the integrity and privacy of the network. You must not:

  • Use the platform to solicit, spam, or harass other members.

  • Share member information outside the network without consent.

  • Post or transmit false, defamatory, obscene, or illegal material.

  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security or functionality of the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

6. Networking and Introductions

NTWRK Black facilitates introductions and visibility among members. You understand and agree that:

  • Member information is shared within the community for networking purposes.

  • We do not guarantee business outcomes, transactions, or partnerships.

  • All interactions between members occur at their own discretion and risk.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, logos, and materials on the Platform are owned by NTWRK Black or its licensors. Members may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., profile information, media), but grant NTWRK Black a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it within the Platform.

8. Privacy and Data Use

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NTWRK Black and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or interactions with other members.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NTWRK Black, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform;

  • Your breach of these Terms; or

  • Your interactions with other members.

12. Termination

NTWRK Black may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or conduct harmful to the community. Upon termination, your access to member data and features will end immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
