This Acceptable Use Policy describes the rules and standards governing use of ntwrkblack.com and any related services, directories, messaging groups, events, introductions, communications, or networking features operated by NTWRK BLACK LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as NTWRK BLACK (“NTWRK BLACK,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Platform”).

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the NTWRK BLACK Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this policy.

  • attempts to interfere with the security or operation of the Platform

NTWRK BLACK reserves the right to restrict or remove content or users that violate these standards.

Spam and Unsolicited Communications

Users may not use the Platform to send excessive unsolicited communications, promotional messages, or repetitive outreach that disrupts the experience of other members.

Mass messaging, automated outreach, or other forms of spam are prohibited.

Misuse of Member Information

Information obtained through the Platform, including contact details or profile information, may not be:

  • copied, scraped, harvested, or exported

  • sold or transferred to third parties

  • used to create external databases or mailing lists

  • used for large-scale solicitation outside the Platform

Users must respect the privacy of other members and use information shared through the Platform responsibly.

Fraud and Misrepresentation

Users may not use the Platform to promote fraudulent schemes, deceptive investment opportunities, or misleading business proposals.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any information they share is accurate and not misleading.

Illegal or Restricted Financial Activity

The Platform may not be used to promote unlawful financial schemes or activities that violate applicable securities laws or financial regulations.

NTWRK BLACK does not review, approve, or verify financial opportunities discussed between members.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any activities they conduct comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Security and System Integrity

Users may not attempt to:

  • access accounts or systems without authorization

  • disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Platform

  • probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of the Platform

  • bypass security measures

Any attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Platform may result in immediate termination of access.

Monitoring and Enforcement

NTWRK BLACK reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review activity on the Platform to ensure compliance with this policy and the Terms of Service.

If NTWRK BLACK determines that a user has violated this policy, the Company may take action including:

  • removal of content

  • warnings

  • suspension of access

  • termination of membership

These actions may be taken at the sole discretion of NTWRK BLACK.

Changes to This Policy

NTWRK BLACK may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
