COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

These Community Guidelines describe the standards of conduct expected of individuals who participate in the NTWRK BLACK platform, discussions, messaging groups, events, introductions, directories, and networking activities (collectively, the “Platform”).

These Guidelines form part of the NTWRK BLACK Terms of Service. By accessing or participating in the Platform, you agree to follow these standards.

NTWRK BLACK is intended to foster professional networking, discussion, and collaboration among members.

Professional Conduct

Members are expected to engage with others respectfully and professionally.

Users should communicate in a manner that promotes constructive dialogue and responsible networking.

Harassment, intimidation, abusive behavior, or discrimination toward other members is not permitted.

Honest Representation

Members should accurately represent themselves, their businesses, and their professional background.

Users may not impersonate another individual or misrepresent their identity, affiliations, credentials, services, or opportunities.

Respect for Privacy

Members should respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.

Information shared within the Platform, including contact details or profile information, should not be used outside the Platform without appropriate permission.

Members should exercise discretion when sharing information in networking discussions, messaging groups, or introductions.

Responsible Networking

The Platform exists to facilitate networking, discussion, and the exchange of ideas.

Members should engage in networking interactions in good faith and with professional intent.

Users should avoid excessive unsolicited messages, repeated solicitations, or disruptive behavior within networking discussions.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are not permitted on the Platform:

  • harassment or abusive behavior

  • impersonation or misrepresentation

  • spam or mass unsolicited messaging

  • fraudulent activity or scams

  • promotion of illegal activities

  • unauthorized scraping or harvesting of member data

  • attempts to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Platform

  • attempts to access systems or information without authorization

NTWRK BLACK reserves the right to restrict or remove content or users that violate these standards.

Networking, Introductions, and Independent Due Diligence

The Platform may facilitate networking interactions, discussions, or introductions between members.

NTWRK BLACK does not verify, screen, evaluate, endorse, or guarantee the identity, qualifications, services, representations, or opportunities presented by members or third parties.

Membership approval or participation in the Platform does not constitute endorsement, validation, or recommendation by NTWRK BLACK.

Members are solely responsible for conducting their own independent due diligence before entering into any discussions, relationships, agreements, or transactions with other users.

Any business, financial, or professional decisions made as a result of networking interactions occur solely at the discretion and risk of the participating members.

NTWRK BLACK is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by members or for the outcome of any relationships, transactions, or agreements between users.

Messaging Groups and Events

Members may participate in messaging groups, discussions, or virtual events organized through the Platform.

Examples may include messaging applications, video discussions, or topic-based networking groups.

Participants should engage respectfully and responsibly in these environments.

NTWRK BLACK does not control or monitor communications between members and is not responsible for statements or conduct occurring during such discussions.

Enforcement

NTWRK BLACK reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of these Guidelines or the Terms of Service.

Such actions may include:

  • content removal

  • warnings

  • suspension of participation

  • termination of access to the Platform

These actions may be taken at the sole discretion of NTWRK BLACK.

Changes to These Guidelines

NTWRK BLACK may update these Community Guidelines from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.

Continued participation in the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
